Refund policy

DTF Transfers are non-refundable. We will not refund purchases due to user errors. We will however replace defective transfers at the time they arrive. We will request photos of such defects to approve these claims.

No Refunds:

All sales are final.  We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for products or services purchased unless otherwise stated explicitly in writing.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders or services canceled after payment may not be eligible for refunds.  Any applicable cancellation fees or terms will be outlined in the specific terms and conditions related to the product or service.

Disputes and Charge backs:

Initiating a payment dispute or charge back without prior communication with EC Sports will result in suspension of services and legal action to recover loss amount and any fees that apply.

By making a purchase through EC Sports you acknowledge and agree to adhere to no refund policy as outlined above.
